Cheryll has many years experience as a therapist and has worked as a Reflexologist for the past 15 years, having trained with Ann Gillanders one of the pioneers of the therapy in Britain fron the early 1960's.

Indian Face Massage
Facial massage is one of the most important forms of facial rejuvenation, it's like the therapist is ironing with her fingers...a natural facelift. The main techniques used come from the Ayurveda - an ancient healing system. Benefits include:

Reflexology
Reflexology is the application of pressure to different parts of the foot which then affect different parts of the body. It treats the whole self; mind, body and spirit and encourages the body to restore and maintain it's balances naturally. It relieves stress related problems, back pain, migraines and sports related injuries.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a massage using essential oils to suit individual needs. The treatment is a relaxing lymphatic massage, letting the oils do the work once applied to the body relaxing the physical and psychological.
Remedial Massage Therapy - a deep tissue treatment to help treat painful muscles, joint problems and posture correction incorporating basic forms of Swedish and Sports massage
You can book yourself a combination of therapies for a full on pamper day or pick a range of therapies for yourself and a group, please contact us for prices as as they will vary so much depending on the number of people in your group. We will need two weeks notice before your arrival to be able to book the therapists
Meni Farkash
Yoga and Meditation
Meni Farkash is a qualified teacher of yoga, registered with the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance. He is an experienced practitioner of Hatha and Shadow Yoga with a strong background in martial arts.
Offering tuition in Hatha Yoga - the ancient science of using body and breath to still the mind. For men and women, for all levels of ability and for all levels of fitness.
Meni offers personal tuition; one-to one and couples or group sessions designed to accommodate differing levels of fitness within the group.
You can book a yoga session in the Studio or, weather pending, in the meadow or a yoga session followed by breathing exercises and meditation for complete relaxation.
1 - 1 1/2 hour Yoga Individual / Couple £25
1 - 1 1/2 hour Yoga Group £7.50 per person ( min group size 7 or min group fee £50 if you still want to book a group session with less than 7 people )
2 hour session of Yoga, Breathing and Meditation £15 per person ( min group size 4 or min group fee £60 if you still want to book a group session with less than 4 people )
Michael Henly
Tai Chi and Qigong
Michael Henley has trained in Qigong, Buddhist and Taoist meditation and Chinese internal martial arts since 1986. He has lived and taught in wales since 1994 and is the founder of the Infiniteway school of Tai chi, Qigong & Kung Fu. He is a registered instructor with the Buqi Institute, the Tai chi Union of Great Britain and the A.M.A.
You can book sessions of 1 - 2 hours of Tai Chi and or Qigong for a small group , or arrange a three day retreat such the retreat detailed below
Biddy Wells
'A Day for Your Life ' A One-day Workshop of Voice work & Relaxation
This is an opportunity to take time out of your usual routine and get in touch with your self!
We will work together to nurture and de-stress ourselves with songs, group exercises, sharing circle, chanting and relaxation, all in the beautiful surroundings of Cerrig Llwyddion. We will do some visualization and appreciation exercises, and build a positive creative atmosphere that you can take home with you!
- I will lead the group in simple warm ups to wake up the body, breath and voice.
- We'll learn and sing simple chants and songs together, have a wonderful 'Sound Bath' and relaxation session
- The aim is to connect and find harmony with ourselves and as a group and to open our hearts a little through sharing beautiful harmonies.
- No previous experience is necessary.
Please wear loose comfortable clothes.

Perryn Butler
Discovering Your Creativity Workshops
Perryn is a Welsh sculptor who has exhibited widely in Wales and England, and has work in private collections from Berlin to New York. Perryn also runs a range of sculpture courses for experienced artists or total beginners. Using her experience of teaching sculpture to mental health patients she has discovered the invaluable use of sculpture as a form of therapy and self awareness

You can choose any or all of the following to do whilst you are here , we need three weeks notice to set up the courses.
- "How to access your creativity" meditation and relaxation class. Using Yoga breathing, guided fantasy and breathing to Alpha 7 you plug into the creative unconscious
- Loosening up Drawing - Timed 2 min drawings with large brush on newspaper to free your hand
- Blind modeling - Modeling objects from touch, again used to create without confines
- Stone Carving - using soft thermalite blocks or Bath stone
- Life Sticks - based on Aboriginal Art work, carve and paint a "life stick" with images from your life.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Omni Healing - this universal energy heals you and activates your body's natural ability to heal itself. Omni goes to the deeper levels of your being, where many illnesses have their origins. It heals on all levels including the Physical, Mental, Psychological, Emotional, Spiritual and Auric and Karmic levels. It works wherever you need it most, releasing blocked energies, cleansing the body of toxins and working to create a state of harmony and balance.
It reinforces your own ability to take responsibility for your life and helps to make the necessary changes in your attitude and lifestyle in order to promote a happier and healthy life.
Omin is a very simple, non intrusive and extremely powerful process. A treatment session lasts approximately 50 mins, the patient usually lies down, fully clothed on a treatment couch covered with a blanket or can be seated on a chair. The practitioner gently places her/his hands in various positions over the body. Each position is held for a short time, there is no pressure: making it ideal for treating the very young, the elderly, pregnant women and those recovering from surgery.
Energy Massage Therapy - gives all the usual benefits, is totally non invasive but is without the manipulation and contact normally associated with massage. Using light, circular, sweeping movements, it can take about 50 mins for back and front of the body. This is a massage for head, face, digestive system, legs, feet, arms, hands and back. It leaves one feeling light, refreshed and as if the whole of one's insides have been massaged.

QUIET DAY RETREAT AT MALINDI
10am - 4pm or 11am - 4.30pm £25 per person
The day aims to provide a quiet, retreat - like atmosphere to encourage and focus on relaxation. It should leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. It will also help you to be more " in tune" with the needs of yourself and others.
Be guided through this day: allow your own feelings and intuitions to surface to help you clear some of the "debris" of life as it may be at the moment. A series of planned relaxation and meditation sessions will awaken your senses and you will become more aware of the fullness and richness of life.Speech will be minimal throughout the day.
The day can include the following sessions:
A short meditation to still and calm the mind
Colour Breathing Relaxation
Spiral Sweep and Energy flow
Walking meditation (outside if weather is fine)
Inspirational tape or CD
Relaxation meditation
Then time to go, leaving as quietly as you can to preserve the peaceful energies you have acquired during your day.
